A smallish gargoyle walks up to the two nondescript looking pillars that have been in place since last gather. She cuts her hand and draws a shape in blood upon both pillars. She sits down between the pillars, looking nervous and unhappy.

SIr Ash picks up his gear and in one motion bolts outside the tavern.

He slows and moves cautiously near the gargoyle and the pillars.  "SO THEY SEND THE RUNT OF THE LITTER ON A SUICIDE MISSION!  Stop what you're doing and starting running...."

*following behind Sir Ash a few moments later, Cado walks out of the Tavern and walks up standing beside Sir Ash*

"You! Go home! We don't want your kind here!  and look! you've messed up the new lawn decorations with blood"


*Cado takes note of the shape on the pillar, writing down what it, and any other symbols that may be on the pillar, looks like in a notebook, but staying a respectable distance away*

"And besides runt, really think we will let you go home in one piece? if you value your continued existence I'd listen to Sir Ash here and go the hell home"

"Last gather some undead and 'goyles showed up and some ritual was performed I think?  Not really sure if they completed it or not...kinda lost some time there...one sec we are running from them, the next...poof I'm walking out tha tree.  But I'm pretty sure the pillars had something to do w it"

Onyx walks behind the other men leaving the tavern stopping next to Sir Ash. He doesn't say anything just stands and watches the gargoyle.

(OOP Note, while you may not ordinarily attack players in the online tavern, the tavern magics do not seem to be protecting this creature. 

Sorry, meant to add to the original post, sleep dep is kicking my but!)

Cado and Ash quickly and bloodily cut the attack the Gargoyle. It does not fight back, but simply glares at its attackers. It is quickly incapacitated.

Cado and Ash pull the creature away out of sight.
