I was curious as to what current skills are teachable PC to PC, and which skills must be taught by an NPC at this time.

It's hard to give you a definitive list of each and every skill that's not teachable quickly, but here's a non-comprenhensive list of examples:
Lores
Craft Skills (Some can be taught, it's case-by-case)
Formal Masteries
Most combat type skills are teachable. I honestly can't think of any that aren't.

Thanks Keith, in particular I was wondering about the Weapon Mastery Skills. (which I assume are under Combat skills), and I was just double checking that formal was still teachable PC to PC in the Shadowmoor campaign. Plus I was just overall vaguely curious as to what skills were and were not teachable by PCs.
I assume Master Skills like Master Baker, Master Weaponsmith, Master Armorsmith, Master Jeweler, et cetra, are NPC teachable only as well correct? Along with Tracking and the the Survival skills?
