Also a safety tip for those whose first time it is out at shadowmoor and the medics I know will cover this; but here it goes anyway " It does not matter the temp outside. If you are being active DRINK WATER and lots of it guys/gals.If you have a medical issue please tell the appropriate staff members. we care about everybody out there. So please don't be afraid to speak to the medics and let them no what issues you have. They are there to help and will do what they can to keep you safe and healthy; but if they don't know. Then they cannot help you."
