Ok guys, to help Nancy out, and since we can't have a Feast any other way, The Freaky Tiki is holding a potluck feast. Everyone is welcome, as long as you bring food. We will need a few people to help out as servers, keeping drinks filled, passing bread out to tables, etc. If you're a newer player, its a great way to make some gold and meet some people. If you're planning on attending potluck feast, please post here what you're planning on bringing so we can see what we will still need to provide and we don't have too many duplicates. Thanks!!!

I will either make mini chicken cordon bleu or ham and cheese wraps. Or maybe both.

Will this be in the tavern?

Yes! We will also have space in the cooler and oven to warm up dishes. Please note that the ovens all have ONE rack, and we have very few pots (they have been walking out of late) so most of prep would best be done off site.

The tavern can be arranged however you like, but we would appreciate it if folks help clean up and put tables back after!

I will be making baked goodies as usual. This time probably in the form of cupcakes or cookies.

I would also like to bring something non-sweet. Maybe a green bean casserole or something?

If you make deviled eggs, you will be my favorite person in the world.

I swear, even the nailed down stuff is getting lifted. Would the park take donations for this sort of thing?

We will be holding it in the tavern, we'll be rearranging tables, the people who volunteer as servers will pretty please get there early to help me arrange tables, and anyone decorating their table will need to put it up before Feast, then clean up their table after :-) If Jillian doesn't make you deviled eggs Jay, you know I will :-) More non sweet dishes would be lovely :-)

Teresa, we can make the deviled eggs a combined effort if you'd like and then I can bring cornbread or biscuits or... actually, on second thought, probably mac n cheese since RT is STILL complaining about that.

Just to be clear, the tavern will be as accommodating as possible but there are some basic rules to follow.

* The walk-in cooler is OOP.

* NOTHING can be poisoned while in the kitchen.  However once in the tavern, that’s another story…

* Anything stored in the walk-in cooler must be clearly labeled with your name.

* No uncovered items stored in the walk-in cooler.  Everything stored in the walk-in needs to be properly covered/wrapped/leashed/sedated and contained.

* Please bring everything you will need to cook and serve your dish with. (i.e. serving spoons, tongs, slingshot, etc…)

* There is limited oven space/stove space.  Please try to bring already cooked items that only need to be warmed up.   If you have a dish that must to be cooked on site please PM me ASAP so we can make arraignments, these cooking spots will be limited and will be first come first serve.

* You are responsible for cleaning up any mess you make and doing your own dishes directly after the feast is over.   (Duh…)  Please do not leave anything to “soak” for over 15 minutes.

* Leftovers:  Must be clearly labeled with your name and MUST go home with you at the end of the event.  Anything left in the walk-in cooler at the end of the event will be thrown away.

If you have any kitchen questions please PM me.
Thank you!
