Question! Music or dancing? Are we having any?

For all of us that have renni backgrounds... Does anyone play drums, like are used around big fire circles whn belly dancing. Kalimata I think they might be called amoung others. I have joined playing them at fest for years, but sadly do not own one. Will find out if i can borrow one. Have a friend here who has many. They are a bit exspensive from what I understand so I am not sure if people will have such items but who know we may have some hidden drum players. And from personal experience I can say that a circle made of mostly novice players and a few experienced ones is quite amazing. You only need one or two melody lines afater all and playing base beats is fairly easy and would actually be a fun activity if the instruments are available. Just a thought. Oh and if there are some drums around I volunteer to help!!!
