Okay, I've done a little more research, and found the easiest way for me to get to the general area. Now I just need to know, do I go to Kings Mountain State Park or the National one? If so, is there a specific campground for us? Really, I'm just so confused -- could someone help out? Please and thank you.

You will go to the State Park.  If you get to the Military part of the park turn around.  When you enter the park (watch your speed they do give tickets) go past the camping area on your right and the ranger building on your left, You want o turn down the road to the Living History Farm.  I believe it is the first paved road to the left.  Keep going past the Living History Farm on your left.  A good ways down that road you will see a split in the road - Camp Cherokee to the left and Camp York to the right.  You want to go to the right to Camp York.  Keep going down that road a good way and you will run into site.  If you think you will be arriving after 9:00 p.m. you need to PM me or call Becca's cell phone (it is on her voice mail) for the gate codes.  Hope to see you at site.

For something "mappable" to get to park entrance, try the Bear's Den: http://g.co/maps/hj8yu.  The park entrance is right across from it.

Also, they have lawnmower racing!  Yee-haw!

Thank you so much! See you all there. Leaving here (Tampa) early Friday, so I should be there in plenty of time to not need the gate codes.

Okay, I'm going to assume your going to be traveling south to north on I-85.  Just after you hit the NC state line you will take exit 2.  At the stop sign take a right and keep going straight till you see the sign for the living history farm on your right, coming this way it is a little hard to spot so you will need to pay attention.  Other than that Miss Nancy hit the nail on the head.

I'm an old player, by SOLAR standards, but this is my first trip to Shadowmoor. Just can't wait to play my old character again, albeit in new surroundings and a new outlook.
