I want to thank all the folks who helped in the tavern and with feast but most of all I want to thank everyone who took care of me.  I ran out on several of you at various times and you just kept on going as if I was still there.  I know that no one is irreplaceable and by no means do I think that of myself.  My main purpose at site is to take care of all of you.  This time the tables were turned and you took care of me.  That is a strange position for me to be in and one that is totally foreign to me.  Again, thank you for pushing me to take naps and rest and for picking up the ropes and running with them.   

I can now admit since the event is over that I was sick, running a fever and seemed to be getting sicker as the event progressed.  When I arrived home on Monday, I immediately called my oncologist and my family physician.  My oncologist called in mega antibiotics and my PCP called me personally and said she want to see me in her office this morning at 9:00.  I spent 4 hours in her office while she ran tests.  I know that I do not have strep throat and am not sure yet whether I have pneumonia but the antibiotics I started yesterday will take care of it if it is pneumonia.  My potassium and magnesium is critically low and I have started medication for both of them.  We are still waiting on several critical tests but they won’t be in for a few days.  However, I am confident that they will come back negative.  She also gave me a cough syrup with codeine which is helping control the cough so my chest does not hurt quite so bad.  I am still running a small temp but all in all I feel tonight than yesterday and hopefully tomorrow will be even better.

Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me and the tavern. 

I sincerely do not know what I would do without my Shadowmoor family.  I love all of you and give thanks all the time for you.

You do take care of us and we all love you for it.  However, you have to let us show how much we care but letting us take care of you when you need it.
