This was a great event to end the season with.  Plot and all the monsters did great....

1.  Walk into the Healer's Guild, "Tauri?  Davikil?  Your staying here?"
Thats it, the end of the world has finally come.

2. Getting the newbies and others to charge those dang ol eyeballs.  They aren't that bad...imbue death, imbue death, para, para.

3.  Everyone getting a lesson on listening to Sir Kaz and Lucien.

4.  Jade's boat was awesome.  Great setup and effects.  Wish the Star King would have come to us...been warmer  Smiley

5.  The increasing number of Armory members, you guys are great and keep coming.

6.  The memorable Sat night field battle.  Sorry I was so exhausted I could barely stand, but I saved a few of you that almost got animated, before I finally had to call it a night.

7.   Playing an actual NPC and having fun until someone gets us and says our buddies are getting beat on.   Sir Ryan saved half of town by talking.....(lesson here).

8.  Slaying undead until I could barely move.  Even had a few start to run from me this event.

All of the new players were great.  I hope you all return next year because this was just the beginning of  a great 2012 season.  Thanks again plot for a great time.

SO MUCH AWESOME. I think my brain was going to explode. It always gets better~ I love you so much, Plot. <3 And all the awesome people I like to call family here at Shadowmoor. You make the game worth while.

4.  Cass looking awesome.  (Yes Cass, you really did)

I did? d'awww, thanks! I remember getting so many compliments on my new dress, I was so flattered, guys <3 Thankyouuuu

"Hey Cass!" ... "What?".... "BAAAaaaaAAAA"...... Cass:  "Why is Seamus bleating now??"

I do remember asking a couple times about this, and I believe my favorite response from you, Moss, was something along the lines of "I'm a bit of a bleating heart, I can't help it." :3 <3

memories~
(not all in order, but I'll try my best!)

1-Nearly being attacked while pulling tags. Man, I'm glad some of those monsters had mercy on the poor late healer.
2-Orianna's in all black-say wut?!
3-Cassette's "someone's disappointed in me?" face when her Guildmistress gave her a nice, long, and well-deserved lecture. (love you Melissa!)
4-Cassette's sylvan play thing? I mean, he was paralyzed so much, it was like a Luc-doll!
5-the line of paralyzed people... and the fun Cassette had in posing them, was just priceless. And asking healing arts on all of them to make sure no one was bleeding and paralyzed. Tongue
6-Cassette being asked by Valara if she would like to help continue the McTaggart(sp?) family line, which turned her face a bit red. Not that she's turned down the idea yet, but it did make her blush!
7-the fairy was trick or treating, and nobody but Cassette seemed to understand it didn't want money, it just wanted candy. And then, because she was the only one listening she got some silver out of it, and a bagful of candy! Cheesy Poor Lennon shaped fairy.. "it burns! all I want is some candy!"
8-Watching SIlver/Jordan take that spill, and roll, and then come running, with a handful of people. And trying to get him to rest the rest of the weekend. Hope those ribs feel better soon, hun!
9-Sitting on the boat was fun! Awesome setup Smiley
10-flubbing the verbal the second time I cast destroy undead. *sigh*
11-Cassette nearly catapulting herself into the waves of undead when she saw Luc get animated, as well as Felix.
12-"Oh Luc...~! (*in singsong voice*) Handlebars." Wink
13-Being entangled for touching the horns. oopsie!
14-Mooooooove cow, move!
14-"what happened to your horns?" "oh, just a battle scar." "No, that was from last night." Ow, ow!
15-The look on everyone's faces when Cassette rifted out of town. And the equally priceless looks when she rifted back in, and Luc had his weapons raised. Pffft. "Next time let me know when you're gonna frakken rift, okay?"
16-Everybody apparently remembering Cassette's shouting of obscenities last gather, and Gabriel doubting her innocence. xD (or whatever's left of it!)
17-"Wait, you're married?" "Heh... well.. ya see..."
18-Taking one for the team, as far as eating lettuce, for the sake of rp. Tongue
19-Cassette being yelled at for SO many things... which she should have known better about (in my opinion).
20-"she didn't just go poof, she went KApoof." in reference to Orianna's awesome final death AND
21-"since your res was planned, it didn't count, in my opinion." LOL
22-other than the planned giving of life force, Cassette didn't res all weekend! Pretty darn awesome, in my opinion.
23-Orianna's last will and testament. I don't think there was anyone who wasn't holding back tears in that room. Sad *sniffsniff*
24-The letter, and the mourning and meditation that followed
25-The missing money. "Well, $hit. We had money?" <--Cassette's internal reaction.
26-the overwhelming desire to wear pink. And to prove herself in memory of her teacher, and guildmistress. <3
27-fighting skeletons the first night, and actually killing more than a handful Smiley The anger she felt, when she reached up to pull at the ends of her shortened hair, before she charged a few of them evil things? very fun.

more to come, once I remember, lol
once again, amazing event, and epic roleplay to boot. Cheesy

Haha, I didn't realize the moment was so epic. This makes me feel really good. THank you for the concern, anyway. I'm still hurting quite a bit, but I'm working on seeing a doctor; my friends seem to think my ribs are bruised or cracked. I'll update you guys whenever I learn something new.

Most of mine I don't think are nearly as entertaining as everyone else's, but whatever.

1. Getting a bonus 10 Gold from plot for playing the packet heavy giant frog with glowing yellow eyes that could only be killed by decapitation/brain bludgeoning Friday night, though I was a little sad everyone figured it out so quickly, haha.

2. The field battle Friday night when Deacon(sp?) popped up and sent out monsters that hit for 20 flaming and thinking in my head, "What the hell is going on?! So confused!!!"

3. Playing the Revenant Saturday afternoon and playing with the phasing, scaring everyone, haha. Every time I started the phase count there were many screams of explitived and lots of people scattering. David McNeal later told me I did a great job playing with it, which made me feel accomplished.

4. The ship event was awesome for me, personally, with Silver's backstory. It gave me alot to play with, even if I couldn't fight the monsters pouring in since the front of the room was so packed.

5. Two zombies coming in through the back doors and everyone panicking because the door wasn't supposed to be thre, and joking that the two creatures tore a hole in the ship and we were now sinking.

6. Playing bodyguard/human shield/body runner in the battle Saturday night since I was fairly useless in combat, calling normal damage. Also racking my brain trying to decipher the big pictures on a couple of stone tablets that Zared(sp) found on the field.

7. Orianna's death/moment of badassery. I missed the reading of the will, unfortunately; I either wasn't invited or it was held while I was passed out after being up all day Saturday.

8. Playing spiders in the tavern and getting severely beaten by the crowd of people until I managed to sprint out the door with a small mob chasing me around the outside of the tavern. I believe even plot was laughing at their cabin when we ran by the top of the hill.

9. Becca giving me some bonus gold/gob for sweeping out the empty cabins in Laketown/Lowtown. I'm the reason all the porches were leafless, even if the cabin was still occupied, haha. Thank you again, Becca!

Can't wait til March!

I don't usually do these, but as this was the last event of the season, it is only appropriate to add my own favorite moments.

- The groans as everyone was roused out of their seats at 4:30 AM Saturday morning to go out yet again for another large-scale fight.
- The resourcefulness I saw from players from every group in solving various problems.
- Creepy embracing of Morgos (you are welcome, Kev).
- The effects and renovations of Saturday night. It didn't feel like the town of Shadowmoor anymore.
- "We still have a good bit of stuff left. Quadruple her Body.""Melissa, you have 12k Body." The look of absolute horror on Melissa's face. Love ya darlin'! You took it like a pro!
- Allowing Gabrielle to meet all of you fine folks for the first time. I love sharing my hobby with my children.
- The tears on the boat from folks after realizing Orianna was gone.
- The look of horror as it occured to folks that if I could blow my wife's character to smithereens... there was nothing standing between me and their characters.
- Save a kitten. You are welcome, Josh.

I look forward to next season, and will be posting a few things this weekend. Keep your eyes open! Just because it is in the off-season doesn't mean I stop working to entertain all of you! Thank you for making my first event as Head of Plot so memorable and smooth, despite my infirmities and crankiness.

And I repeat, wouldn't be Shadowmoor otherwise, Todd.

So after a few weeks, here's what's still most prominent in my mind.

1. The self control it took not to break character and laugh when I looked up from playing the crazy druid to see Jillian's expression of open mouthed astonishment.
2. Discovering Athelas's bane.
3. Someone other than R&B getting hit with High Sorcery.
4. Learning what goes in Nautica's mouth.
