... Morgan returns to the kitchen. He returns to the common area several minutes later somehow managing to carry 6 tankards of Ale. He sets them all down at a nearby table, in a line, and picks the first one up. He begins to gradually (For a Dwarf...) chug down the ale.

Luc comes jogging into the Tavern, stops for a second, and heads towards Morgan's table. He takes one of Morgan's ales and downs it.

"Whatever it is you're drowning, Morgan, make it quick. I need your help with something. And before you ask, no, I ain't explaining, and yes, I'll pay for the ale I drank."

Silver looks up as the man runs past him, too fast to even wave at his friend. Standing up, he takes the last two drags off the tobacco, puts out the flame, and puts the remains in his pocket to dispose of later. Taking a deep breath, he follows Luc inside to Morgan's table, arriving just as he begins to speak.

"Greetings Morgan, Luc." He gives his two finger wave to the both of them. "I'm sorry to intrude, but I saw you running up, Luc, and came inside as you said something about needed help. Is there any way I can assist?"

Morgan raises his eyebrow at Luc, and shrugs "Luc ya know ya don' need ter worry abou' tha' drink. An' o'course I'll 'elp ya. Ya may wanna gimmie a little bit of information though"

He looks over at Silver "Good ter siya again Silver... Usually Luc's plans can use all tha' 'elp ya can get but I guess it be his call af'er all..."

He stands up, finishes off the last Ale, and sticks his Bone Mace into the sheathe at his side.

"HEY! My plans don't ALWAYS end in disaster, and just because I'm asking for help does NOT mean that there's a crisis! That time with the bugbears doesn't count...."

He glares at his dwarven friend for a few seconds before turning to the pirate.

"Silver, you're welcome to tag along and offer a hand. I'm building a more permanent living space out in the woods, kind of like the ones we used to stay in during the winter, Morgan. We're going to be here for sometime, I expect, and my code forbids me from living in cabins or buildings. Most of my shelter experience is in temporary, survival-based things, but I'm hopeful that Morgan and I can put our collective brains together and come up with half a thought..."

Morgan sighs and groans "Le's jus' ma'e sure tha' its a bit be''er than tha' time we 'ad ter dig tha' li''le hut outta tha' hillside ter get outta tha' snowstorm... Got froze in an' were stuck there fer weeks." He shudders. "Alrigh', Im ready fer it when ye are."

He grins, laughing quietly at the two friends' banter.

"Well, I'm always up for learning a new trick or two. Whenever you're ready, let's mosey."

He turns to walk to the door, his smile fading. He takes a deep breath, quietly adding under his breath, "Maybe this'll help get my mind off things."
