the position i was trying to get at bright horizons was eliminated because there were only 6 students in the class.  i even tried to get on at the duke preschool but nothing was really available.

I'd go with the cattle prod regardless.  Nothing like like having that little bit of reach and giving a good shove.

With a cattle prod you don't have to bend over though, or reload it. Very convenient.
