Can we get a list of in play materials with no in play vale, i.e. ones we can have weapons made out of without having to find the materials in-play?

Also: Claws cannot be disarmed, but can they be shattered?

Claws can niether be disarmed or shattered.

Materials that normal weapons can be made out of include;
Stone  such as flint, granite or chert(must be grey or brown and should be textured to look like stone)
Steel (grey)
wood such as oak, ash, maple ect (must be brown and should be painted to look like wood)
bone (white but the weapon must be shaped in such a way as to not be confused with a mithril weapon and so its design is subject to approval by weapons marshall)

Special Materials requires tags includes but not limited to
Silver (Silver)
Gold (Gold)
Adamantite (Black)
Obsidian (Black and the weapons blade must be textured to resemple cut stone rather than smooth metal)
Mithril (White)
Elemental Essence (color depends on the element in question red-fire, blue-ice/water, yellow-lighting, green-acid)

Note those are the standard color choices however Plot can and has sent out weapons that do not strictly conform with the above color coding such as a blue weapon that was made of eldrich energy rather than ice.

As claws go if I made a wilder that was part something with large claws like a mole or badger could I use them as my weapon? And if so is it possible to enchant them or augment them in some other way?

Have never seen bronze or copper weapons physreped before but since they are both normal materials I dont see why not.  My only concern would be that the bronze weapon could be easily told apart from a gold weapon.

Wilders, like Sarr, do not have natural claws no matter what animal they are based off of.  A character, no matter what his or her race, may be able to get claws and then may find a way to enhance them however that is a question that must be answered in play.

if you do bone weapons... i recommend using tea and dirt to stain white gaff weapons. drawing cracks on it with a sharpie wouldn't hurt either.

Not sure about Bronze... however back in the day a Gold Dagger we stole (yeah yeah shame on us it took him an hour to notice) from a plot member during a festival was downgraded from obviously gold to copper (Half Formal capacity of a normal weapon) is what we were told.

Talk about punishing the sneaky players.

To the best of my knowledge as a formal marshall there is no material that has less formal capacity than a normal steel or wood weapon.  This may of been different in the past but it is no longer the case.
