Highlights of the Last event!!

Ok so I know there's always a topic about this so I decided to be the first one to start it. ^_^
Even though I only got to go twice in the entire year I had such a blast!!

Highlights:

1. the newbie mod ( which is always fun)
2. Friday night's battle ( even though I got stepped on alot but hey it happens ^_^)
3. Making new friends! ( remmi me and casette thank you for not gasing us ^_^ We love you!! ^_^)
4. Drunken girls in the Healer's guild on Saturday night ( you two were hilarious ^_^)
5. working in the tavern
I think of more later since I'm having a mind blank right now ^_^

1.  Kobolds hiding underneath the HG porch.
2.  The sick troll.
3.  Everyone looking for Makavoy so we could go check out the necromantic farmers.
4.  The regular townspeople huddling under the tables during the robbery.
5.  The huge swarm of bats down by the lake that scared the shit out of half of the monsters and plot.
6.  The dual walls of thorns blocking one tavern entrance, and a comatose Jeremiah blocking the other entrance.

8. Hanging out with both the New AG and the HG(sorry, MG, didn't see much of you guys.  Except for Rax, I think he might be defecting )

1. "Like lord Vader" (inside joke of the grove and healers guild.)
2. Tavern robbers
3. Binky killing Trench(The yellow guy) within the first hour of the game.

This was a great event:
1.  Learned not to say anything with the word kill around the dark fae....b is for bored.
2.  The great crab killing of 09....we handed the fish people their butts on that one Saturday night.
3.  Desecrating the fish people's formal magic area Sunday.
4.  The insane amount of drinking saturday night in the HG....they just kept coming by selling gallons of ale
5.  Getting drug into the tavern during the great robbery, once told to get down, turned around and started pummeling the surprised thief. 
6.  Riding shotgun with some newer players as they eradicated ground hogs.
7.  Getting waylaid over 20 times this event, even though I was the only person with head protection.
8.  The guardian protest
9.  All the great rping.

I had a great time at this event.  And didn't mind dying the times I did...cause now Rax doesn't have to remember the trama he went through, lol.

1.  "I can't waste the meat!"
2.  "5 1 4!!!!!"
3.  Rax, "So Syl, where are you two going?"  Syl, "Oh, we're just going to go back to the Mages Guild for a little while..."  Dark Fae, "Oh, I can't let this happen..."
4.  "Anyone want to buy some ale?  Those unconscious people were selling it..."
5.  "Count to ten for me..."
6.  "I know the MGD makes a lot of money, but the HG has all the drunken women... why am I a member of the MGD?"  
7.  My name isn't "Ward Down"  LOL!!

Many things were great...

1. Being with old friends and new. Nothing like finding a new partner to stir up town.
2. The awesome role playing in the HG. Warn a guy when you're gonna sing like that, I almost cried.
3. Paste of Stickiness + Fae + Silver Coin = Entertainment
4. Dropped to dead status at least 15 times and still didn't lose a life. Viva los healer friends.
5. When we desecrate a fish formal site, we do it right. Don't believe me? Smell their alter and pools...
6. Told a pair of necro-guardians "You guys aren't so bad... you smell a little... but okay over all" and lived to tell about it.
7. Even with all the furry characters running around, my head still got rubbed the most. Oh the joys of new fuzz.
8. Wrapping up the year on a positive note. Its been a rough year for me, so it was nice to go out with a bang.

• My mass confusion over anything related to the Armorsmiths Guild.
• Explaining to people that I was running the Armorsmiths Guild, but that I was neither an armorsmith nor a guild member. (I'm not really sure why I was running it)
• Shelling out a ton of money to set up the Armorsmiths Guild and then having Damien bring Sharktooth over to ask for a ton more.
• Accidently leaving a stack of ore in Somnus' chair.
• Rax telling Antino about the dos and don't for bystanders of formal magic.
• Josh playing the bionic man who didn't want to live.
• Going on a mod and realizing that I was the only one without leg problems.
• The look on Mieri's face when she realized that the guys trying to rob the tavern were serious.
• The look on people's faces when I pull out chain to restrain the tavern robbers.
• The look on Jay's face when I stopped by the plot cabin to ask him details on crafter costs for gold and silver weapons.
• Laughing Necro Unseeley telling me I shouldn't wear white after labor day and immediately changing my outfit in the MG.
• The "hit" put out on Syl.
• Syl finding out about said "hit" and looking at me with "the baby seal about to get clubbed" eyes.
• A random monster running by my ward and asking for my hat.
• Jessica's staff that could be a spear.
• Eating everyone's leftovers at dinner.
• "Dwarven ale... made by a human and an elf."
• Almost introducing said human and elf to "the world of business."
• Hearing all sorts of combat and dying while in the Armorsmiths Guild and walking inside my cabin thinking "that's usually me."

My turn.

-If ever a monster could have multiple personality disorder, I had it.
-Playing a celestial construct who was constantly told to "Bring me earth casters.  Go get that one (plot member points to Damien)" over and over...
-Playing a land shark.
-Running from Don Antino as said land shark when he decided to sing to attempt to draw it out.
-Playing a non-aggressive greater mist mephid and getting attacked by the bloodthirsty townspeople.
-Taking the fight to the fish people for once...
-Drunk girls in the healers guild.  Enough said...
-Rax "Karn, what did you learn from that?"  Karn "That I'm going to kill it."
-Cabin guardians on strike.  That was awesome.
-The field battle Sunday.
-Using borrowed weapons during said field battle after mine kept getting shattered.
-But most of all, NOT DIEING!!!

This was my first event and I had a BLAST!!!! Here are some of the things I remember from my experience.

Syl and I running uphill and I passed him, and all I got was a deer in headlights look and 'wow you're fast.'
The Dark Fae asking if I wanted to play catch.  and that he gets bored easily.
Asking to room in the MG and Deacon asks if she's hot, Dark Fae answers "she's cuuuttee!~" And getting ok'd on that basis.
Being love9'd on by Syl. XD
Binky sniffing me to okay me. That was adorable. ^_^
B is for bored.
Watching Minamoto strip.
Making the dumb dumb mistake of leaving my weapon inside and getting attacked. That was the closest I came to dying.  Literally one sec. I answered healing arts with dead at that point. I got confused. lol
Being Lightning Storm'd and almost forgotten cause I had to sit on the stairs for a minute beforehand.
The Fish people mod.
"ward down" "waylay" "ward up"
Hearing myself referred to as cute/hot more times in two days than I can ever remember hearing. I may start to believe it. :3
being hunted for being an earth caster. Never have I run like that.
Going up against squinty and gang. Stupidest move ever.
Guarding the MG.
Also, sleeping in MG, total rib-cracking fest.
Falling really hard Saturday night and numbing my leg. That was fun.
Sunday I fell so much it wasn't even funny. But it was.
The CRABS..... XDD
Only being waylay'd once all event.
Dodging attacks by a hair. I felt the wind off some of those.
BEing yanked around out of the way by Syl so many times it was becoming secong nature.
Losing the only waylay I had right when I needed it.
Scouting with Binky and.... I think it was Remmi.
Hearing about the kobold and Mieri.
Oh, and the protest sunday.

I was around for a little bit of everything. And I hear a lot. I had fun, and will definitely be back.

***Highlights for me***
- Achieving the goals I set out for myself in less than 12 hours of gameplay. Things are much easier when you're not evil.  
- Sneaking up on two merchants as a Kobold, Befriending said merchants, waylaying them outside the HG and grabbing their ale, which I proceeded to try to sell to the HG, however, after mentioning I got it from the unconscious people on the ground I got smashed.
- Sleeping the E. Blast throwing Kobold
- Watching Kevin 'Destroy' a Staff, a Shield, a Belt Pouch, Several Logs and a Shirt
- The MANY MANY MANY times I found myself fighting on the front lines as a Scholar
