*Remmi bursts through the tavern doors...

looking fairly angry. He walks to the kitchen, watching over his shoulder and paying attention to everyone moving. After getting a small meal and something cold to drink, he heads to an unoccupied corner to sit alone. As Remmi eats, he stares at everyone with a dubious glare.*

The door to the tavern opens quietly and Rax walks in.  Looking around at those present he spots Remmi and makes his way to the table.

"Remmi, how are things?"  Rax sits down and leans in close to whisper something to Remmi...  (PM incoming)

Cassette peeks her head out of the kitchen door, after getting a drink, concerned at the sound of the tavern doors opening, and Remmi's rather angry looking movements. Mentally correcting herself for flinching at all, she sees Remmi now in the corner, and Rax. She knew Remmi, but had only heard mention of Rax. She had never personally met him, and so she was compelled to walk up to them even more, as she finished off her drink and made her way over, weapons at her sides. She presented no threat, only a smile, as she stopped at the table, looking at Remmi and Rax.
"Hello," she said. "How are you today, Remmi? And you, sir?" she half bowed, smiling at Rax as well.

[Remmi]

*Remmi leans over to Rax to whisper something (see PM). Leaning back up to his seat, he looks at the girl before him with a slightly perturbed look on his face.*

"Now is not a good time. I have nothing against you, but it may be beneficial to your health to keep your distance for a while. I promise I will come speak with you later on about this in more depth, but for now, I can not promise I won't kill you."

*Remmi lowers his head a bit, averting his eyes from the girl so she wouldn't see the rage in his gaze.*

"I hope you understand this isn't personal. You should know by now Cassette, you are on that short list of people I go out of my way to be nice to."

[Cassandra_Castagna]

Cassette's eyes look confused, and slightly scared. Death was never something she liked to hear, especially when it was a possibility for her. She nodded her head, slightly solemn, but smiled weakly. "I understand. And I thank you for the warning. I'll leave you two to your talk. Just know that if you need anything, backup if you will, I'll be here." And with that, she turned and walked a few tables away, sitting down and looking out the window, wondering if she could find anyone to talk to. She was fairly new in town, and didn't like to be alone at all.

[Remmi]

*Remmi rises from his seat quietly.*

"Rax, I will be right back."

*Remmi walks over behind Cassette without her hearing a sound. He leans over close to one of her ears and whispers something (see PM). After he finishes what he is saying, he returns to his seat to continue with Rax, still with a very disturbed and angered look on his face.*

"This town is starting to remind me of the one I'm from. A man cant live alone without being attacked, cant live in a guild without being attacked, cant walk the streets without fearing for his life. What is this plane coming to?"

[Cassandra_Castagna]

Cassette face slowly filled with warmth, spreading into a smile, at his whispered words. She nodded happily and reached in her pocket, to grab some parchment, and a writing utensil, as she began to doodle. Nothing could better help her pass that time than drawing! She began to draw a face, her facial expression showing concentration, but not to the point where she would be mad if someone interrupted.

Io walks by Cassette and glances over. "Oh, lovely work. You're quite good," she said as she gave a half-bow to Remmi and Rax. Quietly,  she asks, "May I sit by you, Rax? Remmi?" Her clothing is slightly tattered now, but decently clean. She seems a slight bit calmer (and perhaps slightly less reckless) than she had been.

[Remmi]

*Remmi raises his head slightly.*

"I wont be staying long. Do you have business with me?"

*Zedd gets up from his table and walks over*
"Before you leave, come speak to me please," Zedd says firmly, then heads back to his table in silent thought.

[Remmi]

*Remmi turns a sharp glare at Zedd as he walks away.*

"One moment please, let me handle this."

*Remmi stands from his seat and walks over to Zedd. He leans in close to whisper (see PM).*

*Zedd's face remains calm and emotionless as he whispers back*


*After Remmi's reply Zedd begins to whisper back, after a few seconds he slams his fist on the table in rage, his face turning red*

*After a moment he settles back into a calm and continues talking*

Rax looks around at the flurry of action surrounding him

Hmmm... busy day I guess.  Io, I don't mind, but this is Remmi's table for the time being.  Although I do have to talk to Remmi about scaring away girls I haven't even been introduced to...but with the goings on in Shadowmoor I can not fault him.

Turning to Remmi

Remmi, that's all I needed to talk about.  You know where to find me if you need me.

[Remmi]

*Remmi, still with a fairly angered look on his face, walks back to his table.*

*Raising his voice a bit* "Thank you Rax. I will speak with you later.

*Lowering his voice to a more suitable level...* "Io, how can I help you?"

[Ashe]

Io frowns... "I don't think it's me who needs the helping, Remmi. What is wrong? I have never seen you look quite so....upset."
