At the feeling of something wet hitting her hand on the table in front of her, the elf looks down to see several droplets of blood dotting her skin. Wiping at the wetness of her cheek with the back of her hand and wincing a bit as she did so, she picks up her staff and exits the tavern, leaning on her weapon for support. Keeping her gaze to the floor to keep her face hidden from view, she stumbles on the last step and collapses to her knees on the ground. Unable to speak, she closes her eyes, and focuses on breathing, to stay conscious.

The effects of the mute spell wear off, and the surface elf is able to heal herself again.
