Andrew: When and where is listed in the previous posts.
Everyone Else: Please text or call me so I can give you my address and directions, as I'd rather not do that over a public forum.

rolin, you might wanna change that to "just message"...it's generally not a great idea to post phone numbers or addresses on an open forum.

I'm fairly sure it's 3.5 that we're playing.

ive never played before but ve always wanted to give it a shot if anyone feels like teaching a noob to play
a D6 is a six sided die
a D20 is a 20 sided die
A D12 nobody ever uses

Everything has a number related to your stats.
You will suck at tumbling to safety if you dexterity sucks.
You cant grapple that well if your strength is not much.
You cant Bluff and get information or chicks if your charisma is low.

BE THE CHARACTER, ignorance to your knowledge of the game plays the character. You know what a Gnoll is, but your character doesnt, he spot it and tells the party, "Dog person with pointy stick coming at us!!!"

Every action is a dice roll unless the DM says that they will allow it.

When you understand the game a bit more, this comic will be most entertaining http://goblins.keenspot.com/

There is a place called Above Board Games in Fort Mill and we play DnD every wensday.  As far as I know there are two games of 3.5, a game of pathfinder and 1 to 3 games of 4.0 being played.  If anyone is interested in coming to play check out the site www.aboveboardgames.net
