Jessi lives in NC with her partner, spoiled cat, and way too many board games. She had her LARPing debut in Shadowmoor a few decades ago, in 2002. Unable to suppress her controlling compulsions, she has served in various staff roles at several LARPs, including Head of New Player Committee, Head of Formal, Steering Committee member, and HOP in Shadowmoor. Currently, she is supporting the game as a co-owner and co-business manager, assisting with logistics and general organization.

Amanda lives in the Triangle with her dog and two cats. She has been a member of the Shadowmoor community since 2012 and was a plot team member in 2019 and XO in 2022 before taking on co-ownership of Shadowmoor at the end of 2022! As an owner, Amanda strives to create and maintain our LARP community by designing stories, reviewing rules, assisting with game logistics, and creating a safe space for our players to have fun.

Darrell lives in central North Carolina with his wife, son, and 2 dogs. He has been a member of the Shadowmoor community since late 2000. He has been a monster marshal, formal marshal, plot member, plot XO, and Head of Plot over the years. As Rules Manager, Darrell is responsible for ensuring that all game documentation is consistent and up-to-date and to make sure that rules changes, active playtests, and any other game mechanic-related changes are codified, shared with, and understood by the players.

Chris lives with his wife, Jillian, and their fur babies in Durham, NC. He has been a member of the Shadowmoor community since 2007. He was a plot team member during the 2013 and 2014 seasons, became a Steering Committee member in 2014 and served as Head of Plot in 2019. As Story Manager, Chris facilitates multi-year story arcs with his highly experienced Storyteller team and supports the Head of Plot as they craft enjoyable experiences for the community.

Jillian brings her nearly 15 years of LARPing experience to Shadowmoor as our resident Digital and Retention manager. Her expertise focuses primarily on easing new players into the rules of the game and managing our presence on social media- so if you have ideas or would like to be featured in a social media story, feel free to reach out!

Mike lives in the Triad with his wife. He has been a member of the Shadowmoor community since 2009. He was a plot team member in 2013, 2014, and XO in 2016, He became a member of the Steering Committee in 2023. As Marshal Manager, Mike manages the weapon and armor safety team, the monster marshals and the formal/crafting marshals. He is also the Head of Formal supervising the logistics of the in-game mechanics of creating and maintaining magic items.

Adam lives in Simpsonville, SC with his partner Eliza, their 2 cats, and 2 rabbits. He has been larping since 2007 and served a role on plot for a different game in 2014, then again in 2018 and 2019 at Shadowmoor. As Head of Plot in 2024, he plans to work with his amazing team to help create fantastical stories and experiences for players to enjoy!

Eliza joined the Shadowmoor community in 2010, was on plot in 2018, and is an XO for the 2024 plot team. She's excited to help her team tell interesting stories so players can experience the same kind of enjoyment that got her hooked on the game! Eliza lives in Greenville, SC with Adam, their two cats, and their two rabbits.

Ethan started playing Shadowmoor in 2013, went on plot in 2018, and is one of the XO's for the 2024 plot team. He's excited to help the team tell their stories, as well as a few of his own. Ethan lives in Greensboro, NC with his fiancee Journey.
