Role Responsibilities
- Facilitate the performance of the Digital & Recruitment branch, including Shadowmoor Social, Web - Service, and New Player teams
- Serve as a bridge between these and the other teams to ensure communication resource development
- Select and train new members of the Shadowmoor Social, Web Services, and New Player teams
- Maintain documentation and records related to rosters and team functions
- Provide direction, leadership, and coordination for web services and social media teams
- Assures application software and technology is performing and staying up to date
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand and content consistency
- Oversee social media accounts
- Design and implement social media strategy
- Annual report on metrics of both web and social performance
- Enforce social and functionary rules across the game environment
- Serve as Rogue Marshals
Role Requisites
- Understand responsibilities outlined under the Shadowmoor Social, Web Services, and New Player Team roles
- Comprehensive understanding of the rules system, standard practices, history and world lore of Shadowmoor
- Problem solving and resource management skills
- Ability to train, organize and manage a team
- Ability to mediate disputes of all kinds
- Experience managing a collaborative storytelling environment
- Ability to generate, edit, and maintain records and documentation
- Ability to identify and service the needs of a community oriented business
