Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of Monster Town
- Set the schedule for Monster Marshal to ensure all shifts are covered
- Organize player pre-registration for field battles
- Ensure Monster Town resources stay stocked and in repair
- Train new Monster Marshals
- Maintains the Monster Town records and Documentation
Role Requisites
- Ability to train, manage, and organize a team
- Shift and Scheduling Management skills
- Resource and inventory control abilities
- Ability to facilitate communications between team members, players and other staff
- Comprehensive understanding of the Monstering process and general game rules
- Knowledge of monster stating and reward distribution balance
- Ability to generate, review, and maintain documentation and records
- Ability to train new players in the Monstering process
- Ability to accurately communicate rules and requirements to groups and individuals
- Ability to coordinate with Plot and judge player activity levels to determine the scale and distribution of monsters
