Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of New Player Committee
- Train new team members
- Maintain the team records and documentation
Role Requisites
- Ability to train, manage, and organize a team
- Ability to facilitate communications between team members, players and other staff
- Comprehensive understanding of the rules system and character creation/advancement process
- Knowledge of New Player resources and information players can access and utilize
- Ability to plan and execute introductory storylines
- Ability to educate and inspire new participants
- Ability to generate, review, and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Resource and inventory control abilities
- Ability to direct a group conversation and instructional sessions
- Basic mathematical skills
- Discretion
