Role Responsibilities
- Train new Weapon Safety Marshals
- Schedule marshals for each event
- Perform safety checks at check in
- Check weapons for safety and issue clearance tags
- Check armor for safety and armor value to issue armor cards
Role Requisites
- Ability to manage and organize a team
- Ability to facilitate communications between team members, players and other staff
- Comprehensive understanding of the armor and weapon construction and safety rules and regulations
- Ability to generate accurate and legible records
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detailed record keeping skills
