Role Responsibilities
- Respond to player questions through the joint Marshal email account
- Approve costuming and makeup requirements for new characters
- Help new players with questions regarding lore and culture while on site
- Help maintain makeup standards during events if makeup retouches are required
Role Requisites
- Comprehensive understanding of racial cultures, histories, lore, and makeup requirements
- Knowledge of game resources and information players can access and utilize
- Ability to communicate effectively via the joint email system
